Santa Rita Hills Wine Center is a 70,000 sf wine production, retail, and storage facility, and one of the largest in Santa Barbara County. The facility is home to some of the region’s most acclaimed winemakers, including Tyler Winery, Racines, and Chanin Wines. HollandandCo, in conjunction with Erfolg Properties, is entitling ~5 acres of contiguous land as a mixed-use destination.
