1 Hot Springs Road is a 22-unit, ground-up multifamily project within walking distance of the Four Seasons Hotel, Butterfly Beach and Coast Village Road.  The project will be Montecito’s first new multifamily development of scale in over 30 years.  HollandandCo is responsible for all phases of entitlement, development and project execution.
