Brian founded HollandandCo in 2024 after building his career at some of the world’s most respected real estate firms.

From site selection through entitlements, capitalization, construction, lease-up, management, and disposition, Brian’s experience is all-encompassing.  During his tenure at OliverMcMillan and Brookfield, Brian was integrally involved in the acquisition and development of over $1.5B in real estate projects nationwide, including Fifth+Broadway in Nashville, River Oaks District in Houston, and Buckhead Village District in Atlanta. 

Brian is also currently head of real estate at Convene, a New York City based hospitality firm, where he is responsible for overseeing acquisitions and development in North America and Europe.  

He holds degrees from Westmont College and University of San Diego School of Law, and is a member of the State Bar of California. 

Brian was born and raised in Portland, Oregon, but has lived in Southern California for over 20 years and now calls Santa Barbara home, where he lives with his wife and son.
